Start Learning Creighton Model

How to Get Started

To get started towards learning the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System, the couple attends a group Introductory Class or private Introductory Session.

After the Introductory Session, the user manual, chart and stamps can be purchased as well as scheduling the first follow-up appointment.

Begin charting your cycles to identify the natural times of fertility and infertility and start learning how to use it for your situation. The first individual one-on-one follow-up would be attended in about 2-3 weeks after the Introductory Session, and can be done in person or through video conference.Ideally, it takes approximately 2-3 months for couples to complete the process for the premarital requirement (the Introductory Session and 4 follow-ups to receive the certificate) and about 12 months to complete all 8 follow-ups if fully learning and using the Creighton Model FertilityCare System. Many couples are able to start using it effectively after 2-3 sessions. The remainder of the sessions ensures proper charting and successful use of the method which when used correctly is 99% effective in avoiding pregnancy.

Although taught to single women and couples, when signing up as a couple, please include both the man and the woman on the registration form.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Each Introductory Session will have a few couples/women guided by one instructor and lasts approximately 90 minutes.
