Group Introductory Session
An Introductory Session is the first class that couples who want to chart their fertility attend to learn the foundations of charting using the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System. It is also the starting point to beginning NaProTECHNOLOGY™, which uses biomarkers in charting to identify hormonal abnormalities that may lead to conditions such as infertility, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), irregular cycles, and many others.
The group class if offered the first Monday of the month at Holy Apostles Catholic Church in Colorado Springs.

Once you have completed an Introductory Session, you are ready to begin our year-long program designed to gain confidence in charting the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System. Each class is tailored to your specific needs. The 8 classes reduce in frequency over the course of the year as you gain proficiency in charting and reading your cycle.
Cost $60 per couple
